Hope you had a Merry Christmas and best wishes for a healthy and prosperous New Year. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you and the Board members of M.G. for their dedication, professionalism and relentless hours spent managing and maintaining the aging property. 

I am one of the few original owners who bought a unit during the initial conversion to condominiums and have seen a broad variety in regard to Property managers, HOA Board members and practices over the years.

Despite the small minority of disgruntled owners who apparently don’t understand the challenges of maintaining an aging property, I do not believe our Maintenace dues is not excessive by any means and am pleasantly surprised that they aren’t higher.

Your economic news summary should highlight to all owners the challenges the community is facing going forward and be more supportive and respectful to all parties involved with managing and maintaining the property.

Since we purchased our unit at Memorial Grove over ten years ago, we have seen constant improvement in the property over time. I am an investor and have had several tenants stay over two years in that ten year period. All of them exclaim how they are sad to leave and the common thread is that they felt very safe. Please let the board of directors know that we are pleased and just know in the period we have owned our unit, this is the best board and management company we have had so far. Thanks for all you do!
